Folios 190-191: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Reporting on William Whitford who was caught by the Press Gang and sent to Plymouth for his Court Martial after deserting from HM Schooner Muller.
Folios 192-193: enclosure with folios 190-191:. Letter dated 20 June 1812 by Grylls [Bodan Hutt?], [Netston?], to the Admiralty. Letter written on behalf of William Whitford's father who wishes to purchase his son's release from service. The letter also requests the purchase of John [Polplar?], serving on HMS Barham, who was impressed 10 years ago.
