Folios 175-176: enclosure with folios 171-172. Letter dated 25 June 1812 by [Thomas?] Turner, Lieutenant, HMS Ann, Swansea, to Peter Spicer, Captain, Regulating Officer, Impress Service, Swansea. Reports that he impressed John Harris on 24 May 1812 in Bridgwater on the river having 10 years seafaring experience in small vessels.
