Folios 166-167: Peter Spicer, Swansea. States the case of Nathan West, aged 21, impressed on 25 May 1812 by Lieutenant William Nolter out of the brig Mary after being unable to answer questions satisfactorily. Also explains that two men with similar documentation now on board HMS Ann have both been found to be Englishmen.
Folio 168: enclosure with folios 166-167. Certificate of American Citizenship dated 20 December 1810 for Nathan West, signed by Henry Derborn, Collector for the District of Boston and Charlestown.
