Acknowledges receipt of a second application, enclosing an Indenture from William [Gelsin] for the release of John McIver and notes that the said Indenture shows that McIver has completed his apprenticeship and is over 18 years old.
Folios 148-149: enclosure with folios 148-149. Letter dated 17 June 1812 by William [Gelsin], Charles Street, Westminster, to the Admiralty. Encloses the Indenture of Apprenticeship [not present] of John McIver, on board HMS Corso, and asks for his discharge.
