Folios 518-519: enclosure with folios 514-515. Letter dated 19 May 1812 by Navy Agent Zephania Job, Truro. He writes on behalf of the father of Philp Dunn. He records that Philp Dunn has been for three years a member of the North Cornwall Local Militia. His father also pleads his poverty but says he will pay a small sum for his release.
