Folios 512-513: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. He writes about an impressed man named Thomas Young who claims he is an American and aged 40. The account given by the man was that he has a wife in London and was so anxious to return to her that he took a Swedish or Danish ship from one of the American ports and shipped to Cork from where he boarded HMS Penelope headed for London.
