Folios 177-178: George Sobell, Hallatrow Cottage, Old Down near Bath. He writes to correct an impression given in an earlier letter in which he wrote asking for a command. He says letters are being addressed to him as a Lieutenant overlooking the fact that he has been promoted to Commander.
