Folios 330-331: Andrew Smith, Regulating Officer, Greenock. Reply to letter dated 7 February 1812. James Spence, Mate of the Ann onboard the Elizabeth Tender but now on board the Rosa at this port. He was Impressed on shore between 8 and 9 o'clock at night and at a considerable distance from his vessel.
Folios 332-333: enclosure with folios 330-331. Petition from Vivian Bannatyne, Rothesay, dated 27 January 1812. For the discharge of James Spence mate on the Bridget Ann of Rothesay, William Bannatyne Master, who was Impressed 20 February 1812.
Folios 334-335: enclosure with folios 330-331. Letter dated 6 February 1812 from Mr Sinclair to Mr Croker and requests his attention to the memorial as to the case of the Master of the Vessel belonging to the County of Bute who appears to have been Impressed.
