Folios 321-322: James Keith Shepard, Regulating Officer, Gravesend. Covering letter for the enclosed documents produced by three foreign Seaman (one of whom was found unserviceable from Rupture) who were taken from vessels inward bound off Gravesend.
Folio 323: enclosure with folios 321-322. Certificate of Citizenship of Olderburg for Samuel Anderson dated 17 September 1811.
