Folios 318-319: Joseph Spear, Swansea. Reply to letter dated 8 February 1812 for information about Robert Moody. He was Impressed by Lieutenant Notter from the Springfield on the 21 January 1812 for the following reasons:- on a Certificate of Protection he was named Roland Moody but on his Indentures he was Robert Moody. There is suspicion of collusion and he would be a valuable man as he is both a Shipwright and Able Seaman.
Folio 320: enclosure with folios 318-31. Petition dated 5 February 1812 from Ann Moody of Sunderland in the County of Durham, for the discharge of Robert Moody detained on the Tender Ann.
