Folios 280-281: James Keith Shepard, Regulating Officer, Gravesend. Reply to letter dated 7 February 1812 about William Helm and John Pearson. William Helm was impressed on the 28 January 1812 from a Boat off Gravesend by Lieutenant P Key. John Pearson does not appear on the books of this Rendezvous. A man who called himself Samuel Offis was impressed from the same boat who may be this person.
