Folios 258-259: James Keith Shepard, Regulating Officer, Gravesend. Reply about Peter Cooper was impressed on the 12 January 1812 from the East Indian Ship Goldstream on which he was the Boatswain. He is an Able Seaman. Captain Mansell of the Goldstream
