Folio 241: enclosure with folios 239-240. Letters, etc. received and kept in the Secret Department From Captain George Scott. Requesting a Dispensing Order to enable him to pay his Accountants for the HMS Gibraltar. Dated 3 February 1812. Refer to Navy Board.
