Folios 188-189: Joseph Spear, HMS Temeraire, Spithead. Reporting his arrival having left Port Mahon on 25 December 1811 and arrived in Gibraltar on the 4 January with a convoy and left Gibraltar on the 10 January without a convoy.
Folio 190: enclosure with folios 188-189. Defects list for HMS Temeraire dated 26 January 1812 signed by Captain Joseph Spear and William Cook, Carpenter.
