Folios 98-99: Clement Sneyd, HMS Myrtle, Spithead. Sending the log and proceedings of the ship between 25 April and 9 October 1811 [not now present], plus a statement of her defects.
Folios 100-101: enclosure with folios 98-99. Statement dated 9 October 1811 from the boatswain, George Philips, that the rigging needs attention, and one from John Smith, carpenter, that the ship needs a thorough caulking, her copper is broken, and a list of other minor repairs needed.
