Folios 73-74: James SLade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Referring to the letter from Lieutenant Murry of Herry Schooner referring to a man on his ship who escaped thanks to Warren and Daysh, the boatman, both subject to the marine laws. Lieutenant Carter apprehended him but Daysh was released on the orders of Sir Robert Calder after Daysh claimed he was 52 thought having previously said he was 49. Daysh is now claiming to be a shopkeeper as well as sailor and is now means to ground the illegally of his impressment. Slad is now aksing why he was not supported by Sir Robert Calder in the carrying out of his duty.
