Withdrawal of American military personnel from Germany. Export of munitions. German Mission for Siberia. Restitution of agricultural machinery. Notes on the future of the Armistice Commission. Inter-Allied Commission on Repatriation of Russian prisoners of war. Sub-Committee for Repatriation of Rusian prisoners of war. Attachment: poster announcing the forfeit of German military property which is to be handed over intact, signed by Lieut-General Charles Fergusson at Cologne, 28 January 1919, English and German. Opening of the British Armistice Commission at Cologne.
