Letter from the Right Honourable Lord Viscount Weymouth to 1st Earl Harcourt regarding the formation of 'an Hospital Staff to serve in Canada and the appointment of Henry Shelly (Surgeon's Mate to the 24th Regiment of Foot) to be Surgeon to the 9th Foot, vice Caldwell preferred, and Moodie (Mate to the 21st Regiment) to be Surgeon to the 62nd Regiment, vice Gardiner preferred'. Also granting Major General the Earl of Cavan's request for leave to remain in England until the middle of the following month. Dated at St James's.
