Description

Folios 3-6. Letter from the Right Honourable Lord Viscount Weymouth to 1st Earl Harcourt enclosing a letter from the Secretary of War [Viscount William Lord Barrington] regarding the applications of Sir John Seabright, Colonel of the 18th Regiment of Foot, and Sir David Lindsay Colonel of the 59th Regiment of Foot to be allowed to recruit in Ireland for their respective corps recently arrived from North America. Dated at St James's. Enclosed: Folios 5-6: Letter from Lord Barrington to Lord Viscount Weymouth regarding the above. Dated at the War Office, 12 February 1776.
