Folios 236-237: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Reporting that John Parker and William Roundtree have been taken out of the Transport who were exempted in the Proclamation issued by the Agent for Packets. John Parker was the man delegated with Pascoe to go to London with a petition to the Post Master General. The other Packet Sailors are being sent to HMS Aigle in Admiral Sir Charles Cotton's fleet. These two men will be put on board HMS Tyrian to be put on board HMS Aigle when they join company.
