Folios 326-327: James Slade, HMS Experiment at Falmouth. Reports that James Toole, Private Royal Marine, on 13 September 1810, has committed a breach of the 29th Article of War on Henry Williams, Boy, aged 13 of HMS Experiment. Describes the circumstances surrounding the event and notes that, if it is deemed there is insufficient evidence, that James Toole also committed on 13 September 1810 a breach of the 2nd Article of War on Benjamin Blake, Boy, aged 15 of HMS Experiment for which there is sufficient evidence.
