Folios 319-320: George Sayer, HMS Raleigh off the Scaw. Requests that Jacob Liver, Royal Marine 3rd Class is discharged from the Supernumerary Wages List as he is reported drowned in a letter dated Arras Citadel,29 March 1810. Jacob Liver was taken prisoner by a French Privateer of 8 September 1809 and his wages have been borne on HMS Raleigh's books since 16 January 1810.
