Folios 207-208: Lieutenant William Nolter on behalf of Peter Spicer, Rendezvous Swansea. Requests direction on what to do with Thomas Williams, aged 18, who has been detained after being found wandering the streets. Encloses a paper which was in Thomas Williams' possession.
Folio 209: enclosure with folios 207-208. Note dated 16 July 1810 by James Sawyer, HMS Endeavour, to HMS Impress Service. Note certifying leave of absence until the morning of 17 July for Thomas Williams and that he belongs to HMS Endeavour.
