Confirms that he has received on board, as per order of Rear Admiral Sir Richard Keats, two soldiers, James Flin and John Walker, of the Second Battalion, 88th Regiment of Foot, who have agreed to serve abroad for life in commutation of corporal punishment. Requests direction on the disposal of the men as well as for invalided soldiers on board.
