Folios 185-186: William Selby, HMS Owen Glendower, Hamoaze. Requests the Admiralty Solicitor is directed to defend him as he has received a letter from R B Roxby, threatening to prosecute him for impressing William Sadler. Outlines the circumstances of Sadler's impressment to HMS Tagus and his reasons for believing that William Sadler was no longer bound by his indenture as an apprentice.
Folios 187-188: enclosure with folios 185-186. Letter dated 12 August 1810 by R B Roxby, South Shieldsto William Selby. On the instruction of Robert Sadler, will be taking action against William Selby for impressing his apprentice William Sadler from on board the Mary, William Trotter Master, at Quebec.
