Folios 243-244: George Seymour, HMS Kingfisher, off Falmouth. Reports that he has seen the vessels bound for Nova Scotia, Quebec, and Newfoundland, into Falmouth and is now proceeding off Ushant. He has left them at Falmouth as HMS Champion has sailed. There are 12 ships bound for Nova Scotia and Quebec, and 2 for Newfoundland.
