Name: William Carpenter.
Occupation: Lampman, Taffs Well.
Place of accident: Taffs Well Siding, Glamorgan.
Injury: Shock and left buttock bruised
Details of accident: Standing on a low sided Great Western wagon and pulling over a sheet to get the number, the sheet "came away" more easily than anticipated and he was precipitated over the side of the wagon and fell upon his back across rail of adjoining road
