Name: Herbert Iddles.

Occupation: Mineral Brakesman, Ferndale.

Place of accident: Ferndale Lower Loop, Glamorgan.

Injury: Slight abrasion on shin bone

Details of accident: Whilst the man was putting down some wagon brakes with the aid of a brake stick, one of the brake levers suddenly sprang up and struck the brake stick which caused the man to fall
