Captured ship: Frederick III of Altona (Andreas Jansen Master).
History: a Danish merchant ship (200 tons) bound from Altona to Porto, laden with iron and deal boards; taken on 29 July / 8 August 1692 by the privateer Amity (Robert Cadman commanding) and brought into Rye.
Documents: manuscript appeal papers.
