Description

Captured ship: Fortune of Reval (Barent Froboy Master).

History: a Swedish ship, bound from Bordeaux to Tallinn, laden with wine; taken on 24 April / 3 May 1695 off Het Hogeland by the fireship HMS St Paul (John Michell commanding), and brought into the River Thames.

Documents: manuscript appeal papers.
