Details of accident: In alighting from a 3rd Class Carriage of the Down Train arriving at Fenhouses at 7:10 PM, after the train had stopped, he fell and alleges he injured his back and hand. None of the Company servants opened the door nor saw him fall & the only mention of the accident at the time was made to one of the Porters by Mrs. Dockrall who remarked that her husband had fallen in consequence of his not having been assisted out of the carriage.
