Name: Mary Ann Johnson.
Occupation: Passenger.
Place of accident: Thirsk, Yorkshire.
Injury: Head seriously injured
Details of accident: She fell out of a 3rd Class Carriage of the train leaving Thirsk for Malton at 8:35 AM shortly after the train left Thirsk Station, in consequence of the door coming open. She is now recovering under the care of Dr. Ryolt.
