Occupation: Trespasser.
Place of accident: Thornley Junction, County Durham.
Injury: Fatal injuries
Details of accident: As the 4:30 PM train from Hartlepool to Sunderland was approaching the Station, Marshall, who was walking on the line, suddenly ran in front of the Engine and was knocked down and run over. He was taken to Harwell Station where he died shortly afterwards.
