Name: William Abbott.
Occupation: Labourer.
Place of accident: Raskelf, Yorkshire.
Injury: Cut and bruised
Details of accident: He and two other men were removing some rails by a bogie when a Special Goods train come up and before they could get the bogie out of the way he was knocked down by the engine. The red flag was 600 yards back but had not been observed by the engine driver until too late
