Name: James Ormston.
Occupation: Passenger.
Place of accident: Tynemouth, Northumberland.
Injury: Right leg bruised and chest contused
Details of accident: As the 3.30 pm train was leaving the Tynemouth Station, he went up to a 1st class carriage and caught hold of the handle before a porter could reach him, he fell between the train and the platform. Two flag stones had to be removed so he could be extricated
