Name: Simon Ephraim.
Occupation: Passenger.
Place of accident: Pelaw Main, County Durham.
Injury: Leg alleged to be broken
Details of accident: He states he was a passenger by the 2.5 pm train from Tyne docks and that he fell out of the carriage and broke his leg in consequence of the door of the carriage coming open when he leaned upon it. He was examined by several medical men who said he had not received any injury
