Injury: Right foot injured, amputated and then died
Details of accident: As the 9 pm train from Newcastle to Tynemouth drew up at the Manors station and before it had come to a stand she attempted to get into the third class carriage but fell down and the leading wheel of the carriage passed over her right foot
