Place of accident: Copmanthorpe, Yorkshire.
Injury: Fatal
Details of accident: Whilst working on the line he was struck by the Engine of a mineral train the approach of which he does not appear to have noticed, though he was warned by some of the other men. He was severely injured and died in a few minutes
