Details of accident: 3rd class passenger by the 9.5 pm train from Sunderland to Newcastle. At Brockley Whins, got out o of carriage the wrong side. After the train started he tried to get into the carriage again but was thrown down. Knocked down by the engine of the 6.30pm train from Pelaw to South Shields
