Letter from the Earl of Rochford to 1st Earl Harcourt (Lord Lieutenant of Ireland), with reference to the latter's letter of 19 April 1775, advising that 26 are wanting to make up the full number of 500 men ordered to be embarked for completing the Regiments in North America; relays the King's orders for raising 26 recruits (or as many of those as possible) ahead of the departure of the four regiments.
