Folios 335-336: Spelman Swaine, Coldham Hall. He has received their note dated 27 May 1804. Concerning the assistance afforded HMS Raven by the [Brig] Dolphin of Jersey, he states he enclosed them with a statement of the circumstances the same day he received them, to Lord St Vincent [Sir John Jervis (Viscount St Vincent)] at the same time probably they may have been given to Mr Parker by mistake.
