He has received their request dated 15 May 1894 to state the cases of Robert Smith, William Cole & John Robinson, who were impressed from the Inverness Greenland Ship, now serving on HMS Crescent. In obedience to your order he sends the enclosures [not present] and state that they have not received His Majesty's Bounty.
