Folios 263-264: William Stuart, HMS Crescent, Little Nore. Covering letter for the four enclosed Writs [not present] for Thomas Hall, Richard Williams, James Patterson & William Handy. He states that having (whilst cruising off Flushing) received orders from the Commander in Chief to discharge the said men which was duly attended to immediately after his arrival here.
