States Mr Pritchard now Midshipman on board HMS Magnanime Guard Ship in Kings Road River Bristol being desirous of coming with him as his Clerk, and Captain John Broughton of HMS Magnanime having no objection. He request they grant permission for his being sent into HMS Crescent.
