Folio 211: enclosure with folio 210. Boatswain's defects report of HMS Alcmene, off Chaisey [Iles Chausey]. Dated 8 February 1804. Signed John Stiles and Charles Church - Boatswain.
Folio 212: enclosure with folio 210. Carpenter's defects report of HMS Alcmene, off St Malors [St Malo?]. Dated 8 February 1804. Signed John Stiles and James Draper[?] - Carpenter.
Folios 213-214: enclosure with folio 210. Letter dated 1 March 1804 by Rear Admiral Sir James Saumarez, HMS Diomede, Guernsey Roads to John Stiles, HMS Alcmene. Orders to proceed to Spithead and having delivered to the respective Officers of His Majesty's Yard the stores you have on board belonging to HMS Grapler [HMS Grappler]. You are then to complete your own stores and return to this anchorage.
