Folios 58-59: Thomas Sotheby, Sea Fencibles, Bristol. Reply to letter dated 6 September 1804, he has discharged from the Sea Fencibles the men whose names and residences are contained on the enclosed list. Captain George Blake has not yet reported to him the men discharged in his District.
