Folios 30: Philip Somerville, HMS Nemesis, Torbay. As directed in your letter dated 13 December 1804, he states the cases of the men:- Richard Wills, Samuel Coarse & Daniel Litstone. On the 6 November 1804 on his return to Station he fell in with a Vessel off the Eddystone which upon examination proved the Unity belonging to Plymouth, declared by the Master to be a Pilot and Trawl Boat and upon finding seven men in her being three persons more than Vessels of that description are generally navigated by, he impressed the men in question, they having no Documents of any kind to produce to prove them as Fishermen, Pilots or Sea Fencibles.
