Folios 247-248: John Simpson, HMS Tourterelle, Greenock. He has suggested to Captain Fatham that the men are inspected by the Agent for the sick before they are sent to Plymouth. This has been happening. Doctor Colgechman can confirm that this has taken place.
Folio 249: enclosed with folios 247-248. John Simpson, HMS Tourterelle. Report dated 10 February 1804 on the condition of the hired armed ship, the Lord Forbes.
