Folios 244-245: Michael Seymour, Plymouth. Captain Morris superceded him in the command of HMS Colossus on 23 [June 1804]. He acted as Captain of that ship for 4 months. Since he has been a Captain he has acted several times without any permanent commission. Asks for the command of an 18 pounder frigate.
