Folio 241: Michael Seymour, HMS Colossus, off Brest. Thomas Harley served the whole of the last war in HMS America from 1793 to 1797 and HMS Agamemnon from 1797 to 1801. He is Carpenter's Mate on board HMS Colossus. Recommends him for promotion.
